Black Lips announce fan pre-sale for UK dates next year
For a limited time only, fans signed up to the mailing list will get a chance to buy tickets for this short-run of dates 24 hours before they go on general sale. Keep checking your inbox for an email from The Black Lips around 11am on Wednesday 26th November with a direct link to buy tickets from your chosen venue. Dates below:

Heaven Show Next Tuesday - free gifts and art prints coming your way
Black Lips play their last UK gig for some time at Heaven, London next Tuesday 16th September. A momentous occasion for which you can buy tickets here

At the gig special free gifts will be available to all the fans who attend. Just head to the merch stand, where you can pick up a ltd edition CD and poster in exchange for your email address for The Black Lips mailing list.

Praise Allah. New Orleans is pretty much fine after 'the mother of all storms' blew on it. We were really worried. Especially Ian, since he's from there. It would have been a major challenge to try and write a song around the name Gustav. No wonder the Germans never excelled at pop music. We love you NOLA!

this blog ain't dead. not yet at least. I doubt anyone's reading this. Only reason I've been slackin is that we havent done too much other than festivals with the same old songs. barely even made some of those considering we ran out of pages in the olde passport book and the russians are total dicks. but here we are. in wales. nothing new, but the new album is very close to completion. it rules. my grandpa turned 75 today and i called him. he was so happy. but he was happier about the new killer ass album because it rules so much it transcends generation gaps.bla bla blawe saw eric clapton upon arrival at gatwick and he looked like shit. he embodied everything that i don't want to at that age. probably a nice guy though. i have nothing to say. i am listening to 'i want your sex' by george michael. my new favorite band is 'the duchess and the duke' and most stuff is the same. i promise that now we will start doin this shit again. so.........ccccccccccc.c.c.ccome on have ssssssseexxxxxxx with meeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!
